We had a fantastic time enjoying the All Inclusive Ultra regime, the exciting aquatic experience at the Grand Tropical Splash with six exhilarating slides was a hit with everyone. The children loved the extensive entertainment program that included three kids' clubs with unique activities. Dining was delicious, offering various tasty options throughout our stay.

The only downside was the lift situation, which could get quite crowded at peak times, causing delays when trying to move between floors.

The pools where amazing,, slides were a blast for the kids, they never wanted to get out! The staff were extremely friendly,, especially a guy named Danny who gave my child some Spanish lessons during our gaming time.
